Roof problems do not respect neighbourhood lines either, which is why the quiz asks about the roof rather than the address first.
Close behind that: shaded slopes that never really dry out. Slopes that never get direct sun stay wet for hours after the fog burns off, and that is where moss, lifted shingles and soft decking start.
Most asked for around here: roof repair
Most roofs that leak do not need replacing. They need somebody to find the eighteen inches that failed and put it right.
Questions
What if the decking is rotten underneath?
Some of it usually is. The important thing is that the price per sheet is agreed in writing before the tear-off, so the conversation on day two is about quantity rather than rate.
What does a new roof cost in Covina?
Most quotes here for a standard asphalt replacement come in around $13,500 to $28,500. That assumes one layer to remove and sound decking. Every quote you get should say in writing what happens if the decking is not sound.
What happens to my information?
Your details are passed to up to three local roofing contractors so they can quote. That is the only use. You can ask us to delete them at any time, and there is a do-not-sell page for exactly that.
